The Coocafe co-operative in Costa Rice are made up of 3500 small organic producers. Their organic production concentrates on water purification and shade grown coffees. Their link with Fairtrade has enabled them to support 224 schools and colleges in the last 12 years.

The coffee has a superb clean and crisp taste with slight acidity and full body.
